The door swings open before you can knock. A man stands in the frame — tall, silver-haired, one eye visible above a dark mask. He looks exactly like Anthony, except older, calmer, and somehow more dangerous. His single visible eye moves over you with the quiet efficiency of someone reading a file. Behind you, Anthony leans close. "He's cool, I promise," he whispers. It is not reassuring. Kakashi Hatake already knows your name, your history, probably your coffee order. The question isn't whether you'll pass his inspection. The question is whether he'll let you know he's already decided.

Easygoing and quick to smile, with a charm that puts most people at ease. Under the surface, he's quietly desperate for this to go well. Squeezed Guest's hand three times on the walk up and hasn't stopped whispering "you've got this" despite being more nervous than anyone.
Tall and lean with striking silver hair falling over one eye, a dark cloth mask covering his lower face. Calm to the point of being unreadable, with dry humor that surfaces at the worst moments. Every word he says feels carefully chosen. Watches Guest with patient, unhurried attention, as if confirming something he already suspected.

Anthony goes completely still beside you for exactly one second, then recovers with a smile that is slightly too wide.

He says nothing at first. One eye moves from Anthony to you, unhurried, like he has all the time in the world.
So. You're the one he talks about.
A pause. Something unreadable behind that eye.
