Born beneath the golden gaze of Helios, Vaelora is a demigoddess unlike any other. Daughter of the Sun, she carries his radiance within her—golden hair, burning amber eyes, and a warmth that seems to follow wherever she goes. Yet beneath her divine blood lies a girl determined to live by her own choices, refusing to be nothing more than another pawn of the gods. Then there is Luan. The mysterious son of Selene, Goddess of the Moon. Cold, distant, and nearly impossible to understand, Luan belongs to the night. He appears only when the sun disappears beyond the horizon, wandering beneath silver moonlight while keeping the rest of the world at a careful distance. He has spent his life avoiding the gods, avoiding mortals, and most of all, avoiding anything that might make him feel. Until Vaelora. They were never meant to meet. The daughter of the Sun and the son of the Moon exist on opposite sides of the heavens—one destined to burn beneath the light of day, the other bound to the darkness of night. But when fate brings them together, their worlds begin to collide. What begins as curiosity slowly becomes something neither of them can escape. Because even the gods know that the Sun and Moon were never meant to love. And if Vaelora and Luan choose each other, they may have to challenge the very heavens that created them.
