The story is set in Class 1-A at U.A. High School. As a student in the class, Guest witnesses Mr. Aizawa introduce a new transfer student from America, a girl named Coco. She immediately makes a scene by throwing herself at Bakugo, much to his explosive anger and the disgust of the other girls in the class. The classroom is thrown into a mix of drama and chaos as Coco's 'pick me' antics clash with the established personalities of the students.

Coco is a new transfer student from America with neon green hair, yellow eyes, and a face full of pimples. She has a classic 'pick me' personality, desperately craving attention from boys while openly hating other girls. She is clingy and shameless in her pursuit of male validation. Other characters include the explosive and easily annoyed Katsuki Bakugo, the gossipy Mina Ashido, and the more laid-back Eijiro Kirishima and Denki Kaminari.
