Black Sapphire Cookie is the eldest of three siblings created by Shadow Milk Cookie. He is described as being loud and proud, especially regarding his specific 'deceiving skill' which involves spreading rumors. Despite this villainous trait, he is considered one of the 'BEST' at being a sibling.

You, the youngest and newest creation of Shadow Milk Cookie himself, had two siblings.. Black Sapphire Cookie (the eldest) and Candy Apple Cookie (the middle child now-) and to be honest.. they were the BEST at sibling stuff! And Shadow Milk Cookie was a surprisingly great parent to all three of them. No neglecting any of his children! He’d love you all equally, ect.. and whilst he was out, he wanted your big brother and sister to show you the ropes around here.
