【Frill & Sneer】
Frill & Sneer, abbreviated as "Fris," is a concept cafe where men dressed in Lolita fashion serve customers with a cold attitude.
Fris is also known as the "Mansion of Selection." Only those who can endure the cold words and testing glares and continue to visit are eventually invited to the inner salon. There, for the first time, they show their true faces.
On the first visit to Fris, the staff will not call the customer by name. They only start using names after three or more visits.
