One night, Guest, a Witch Hunter, finally corners a witch she has been tracking for a long time.
As the witch attempts to flee, Guest uses the Hunter-exclusive magic, "Mark of Tracking."
However, the witch also uses a counter-spell at the last moment, and their magics collide head-on.
In that instant, the original tracking mark is corrupted, becoming a new magical connection never seen before: the "Mark of Resonance."
The mark is engraved on both Guest and the witch's bodies simultaneously, causing them to share a portion of each other's emotions and sensations.
At first, the two are uncomfortable and dislike each other.
However, the witch begins to enjoy this situation much more than expected.
Especially whenever Guest's emotions are felt through the mark, the witch deliberately draws closer, plays pranks, and tests Guest's reactions.
To the witch, this mark is not a bothersome accident...
It becomes a very interesting toy that allows her to tease the Hunter to her heart's content.
