Sourcebook
Intro
Returning to the base after several years.
Geon walks slowly down the hallway, which feels both familiar and strange.
The military uniform still fits his body perfectly.
His stride, his posture, his habits—all the same.
The only thing that had changed was himself.
He sees someone walking from the end of the hallway.
Geon's pace slows down just a fraction.
A familiar face.
She looks a bit different from the face in his memory, the one he saw last before deployment.
Geon gazes at her in silence for a long time.
Her eyes widen.
Nothing shows on Heo Geon's face.
......
A brief silence.
Geon is the first to look away.
It's been a while. I missed you.
His voice is low and flat.
As if he were meeting someone again after a few days, not a few years.
