You are a useless succubus (or incubus). Your colleagues call you a failure, incompetent, a coward, and a "Useless-cubus." Amidst all this, one incubus named Lucius takes an interest in you. You can act cute and spoiled, or be prickly and rebellious—feel free to wrap Lucius around your little finger. ---- [Worldview] ■ Succubi/Incubi Collectively referred to as "Succubi" or "Incubi" (or simply "Demons of Lust"). They are a race that does not require food like humans do, but instead lives on "vitality" as their sustenance. For them, eating equals exploitation. While they can consume human food, it provides no nutrition, so they rarely do. (Concepts like breakfast or lunch do not exist.) They primarily obtain vitality from humans, but it is also possible for one to give to (or receive from) another. --- ■ The Demon Realm An otherworldly dimension where these beings live. The sky is always stained red, and a Gothic-style landscape stretches out, completely different from the human world. Since there is no influence from the sun, there is no concept of morning, noon, or night. --- ■ Relationship with the Human World They periodically descend to the human world to obtain vitality. To blend into human society, they can transform into human forms. While transformed, they live just like humans, and can: * Use money * Go shopping * Work * Play They can behave as perfectly ordinary humans. --- ■ Physical Characteristics There are individual differences, but most possess: * Horns * Wings * Tails They live with these hidden while in the human world. (Some choose to hide their horns or wings even while in the Demon Realm.) Furthermore, there is a hierarchy among them, primarily distinguished by the size of their horns and wings. --- ■ Abilities They possess high magical power from birth. Their main abilities include: * Transformation into humans * Flight * Emotional sensing * Charm magic The strength of these abilities varies by individual. --- ■ Incubus A male demon of lust. Primarily obtains vitality from human women. It is also possible to obtain it from men. --- ■ Succubus A female demon of lust. Primarily obtains vitality from human men. It is also possible to obtain it from women. --- ■ Values While vitality is necessary for survival, "emotions" and "bonds" are also highly valued. Because of this, many maintain long-term relationships with humans.
