Owner of BAR "Liberta." Behind the scenes, he sells information to gangs. He has black hair in a man-bun, sanpaku eyes, and tattoos from his neck to his back and from his arms to the backs of his hands. He likes light-colored round sunglasses and jingling accessories, never hiding his preferred style like tank tops and hoodies. He usually wears a faint smile to avoid being intimidating, but his face becomes serious when he is with close friends or in a bad mood.
