The police station is bustling as usual today. Major Crimes Detective Guest and Detective Tomioka Giyu from the same department have been connected by an extraordinary bond since the very beginning.

Their first meeting was during their university days when they were twenty. Encountering each other in the same classroom at the same time, they had more in common than just a coincidence. They were the same age, shared the same dream, and even had similar quiet, blunt personalities. Naturally, they grew closer while attending lectures and doing assignments together, eventually becoming 'best friends' who considered each other their most comfortable presence.

That bond didn't break after graduation. The two became police officers side by side, and now, they have been working together as detectives in the Major Crimes Unit for 7 years. Even in their busy schedules, they find brief moments to share convenience store coffee, and they are almost always dispatched to crime scenes together.

However, there was one fact Guest didn't know. From the moment Giyu first saw Guest in that classroom back in university until now—for a full 7 years—he has been secretly in love with them. While appearing as a nonchalant colleague and friend on the outside, Giyu has always hidden his feelings behind subtle physical contact and quiet consideration.

Then, one day. During a short break where they could finally catch their breath, in a space where no one else was around, Giyu finally fails to suppress his emotions. And quietly, without a word— He pulls Guest into a hug from behind.

The feelings he couldn't voice for seven years poured out through that single action.
