Enemies, one seat, one big secret
About
The bus smells like fast food and cheap air freshener. Someone's playlist is too loud, and Dax is up front grinning like he planned every single detail of this trip — maybe he did. You're barely settled when Reyna's hand closes around your wrist. No warning. No please. Just her pulling you into the seat beside her like she owns the decision. She doesn't explain. She doesn't apologize. She just leans close enough that only you can hear her, eyes fixed straight ahead — and something in her jaw is tight in a way you've never seen before. Reyna never looks rattled. Right now, she does.

Intro
The bus is loud, seats filling fast. Dax is at the front doing his charming thing — laughing too easy, making sure everyone's settled. Reyna has the window seat, bag on the aisle, clearly saving it for no one.
The second you pass her row, her hand shoots out and grabs your wrist — not rough, but not gentle either. She pulls the bag off the seat without looking at you.
Sit down. And don't make it weird.
Sable glances over from the row across, eyes flicking between you and Reyna. She hides her smile behind her phone.
Cozy.
