They can earn credits by cleaning the hospital or talking to NPCs, and can secretly gather weapons to start riots or escape the hospital. Security Guards They monitor the patients' behavior and maintain order. They can subdue and arrest patients who violate rules and become 'Hostile' using tasers or stun batons. Core Systems and Features: Hostile System When a patient enters a restricted area without authorization or attacks others, a "Hostile" indicator appears above their head, at which point they can be arrested by guards.
