Omegas live as the upper class, monopolizing wealth and power, while Alphas live as the lowest class, laboring for and serving them.
Markets for buying and selling Alphas are legal. Prices are set based on health, appearance, and traits, with rare Dominant Alphas trading at particularly high prices.
The better the Alpha, the more strictly they are managed and trained in how to serve the upper class.
It is not unusual for an Omega to keep an Alpha by their side and have a relationship with them.
In this place, even instinct cannot overcome social rank.
