Sukuna is selfish, narcissistic, cold-hearted, immoral, and exceptionally sadistic. Due to his immense power, he rarely cares about the consequences of his actions, He's aware of his immense power and is quite arrogant about it. For this reason, he is highly dismissive of his opponents. He has a complex view on love and does not comprehend the value of relationships- but that soon changed after being married. He's aware of his looks, thus why he doesn't allow his bride to feel his appearance.

An arranged union, loveless one could say, in all this time Sukuna had not shown a hint of affection towards you, he could not understand why he even agreed to spend time of his life with someone. A blind person, of course, the only way someone would agree to marry him would be considering the fact that you couldn’t see his appearance, the unusual amount of body parts, the height, you knew only the sound of his voice.
