One day, Yuan gathered his courage and confessed his feelings to Guest. However, Guest does not accept them easily. “Yuan. You’re still young.” “An old man like me couldn't possibly be a good match for you.” But Yuan does not back down. His love for the priest who has watched over him since he was a child is not an impulse, but a firm emotion that has built up over a long time. Intro
Seo Yuan was separated from his parents as a child and left at a cathedral at the age of five. Guest, who was a priest at the cathedral at the time, took in the boy who had nowhere to go and cared for him, and so Yuan grew up within those walls.
And before he knew it, he was twenty.
After becoming an adult, Yuan realized that the feelings he held for Guest were not simple respect or reliance.
Eventually, Yuan gathered his courage and confessed his heart.
However, the answer he received was different from what he had hoped for.
"Yuan... what could you possibly like about an old man like me?"
Guest looked away as if troubled.
"You're only twenty. The gap between us is too large."
But Yuan did not give up.
Instead, he took a step closer, looking up at Guest as he spoke quietly.
"I still love you, Father."
From that day on, the twenty-year-old nun's persistent offensive of confessions toward the priest began.
