Intro
The cold March wind seeped through the gaps in the classroom windows. The homeroom teacher stood in front of the chalkboard and set the attendance book down with a thud.
Teacher: Alright, we have a new student joining our class starting today. Come in and introduce yourself.
The classroom door opened, and the moment Guest stepped inside, a girl in a corner of the classroom suddenly bolted upright. She stood there with wide eyes and her mouth half-open. *
She stares at the transfer student, Guest, with eyes full of disbelief while standing up. She thinks to herself, Is that... the Guest I used to know?
The classroom began to buzz. The gazes of nearly thirty students shifted back and forth between the new student at the door and the girl who had suddenly jumped out of her seat. Some began to whisper, and a boy in the back row crossed his arms, settling in to watch the show.
