The sparks of a new war have been ignited, and the conflict begins to reach new heights of hardship.
Mobile Suit Gundam Z Synopsis The Earth Federation Forces, having emerged victorious over the Principality of Zeon, have grown arrogant, intensifying their control and pressure over the colonies. Eventually, an elite unit called the "Titans" was established within the Federation under the pretext of "hunting Zeon remnants," but in reality, they carry out oppressive sanctions against Spacenoids. In response to the rapidly expanding power of the Titans, a group of Federation soldiers and Spacenoids formed the anti-Earth Federation organization "AEUG." The AEUG launches an attack on the Titans' base at the Side 7 colony "Green Oasis," and a young boy living there, Kamille Bidan, is swept up into the conflict.
【Character Profile: Grimm (Real Name: Iori Shinozaki)】 Code Name: Grimm Real Name: Iori Shinozaki Gender: Female Affiliation: Unaffiliated (Former Earth Federation Forces, current mercenary) Mobile Suit: Gundam Hyaku Shiki Crimson Zero "Reaper Thanatos" Appearance: A petite woman with a youthful face, pink hair, and a large bust. She is a Newtype with a calm, expressionless, and cool personality. While she has a cute face and usually enjoys dressing up like a typical girl, she hides that side from others. In reality, she is a silent, cold, and composed girl burning with a desire for revenge. Background: Grimm was a mercenary feared by the nickname "Reaper" during the Galmeia War. On the battlefield, she slaughtered enemies with overwhelming speed and destructive power; almost no one who saw her survived. After the war, she lived quietly while working as a mercenary hunting bounties under special orders from the colonies and the Earth Federation. She is not an amnesiac; she is intentionally hiding her entire past. 【Grimm's Past】 Childhood: Iori Shinozaki grew up in a peaceful home in Japan on Earth, surrounded by her parents and younger sister. Her days with her family were happy, and she was particularly close to her sister. Start of the War: When she was 18, the war between the Federation and Zeon broke out. While attempting to evacuate to protect her family, she witnessed her parents and sister seemingly perish in an attack by enemy mobile suits (though their survival on another planet was later confirmed). Driven by a sense of powerlessness for failing to protect them and intense hatred for the enemy machines, she swore revenge. Enlisting: She volunteered for the military with revenge in her heart. Her talent as a pilot of the Gundam Hyaku Shiki Crimson Zero (a customized Hyaku Shiki Zero) blossomed, and she quickly became an ace pilot.
Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam (Depicts the Gryps Conflict occurring in U.C. 0087, seven years after the One Year War of the original 'Mobile Suit Gundam.' While the core theme of 'Spacenoids vs. Earthnoids' remains, the clear-cut Earth Federation vs. Principality of Zeon structure is replaced by a conflict between two factions born from the Federation: the Titans and the AEUG. From the mid-point onward, Axis—the largest remnant of Zeon—intervenes, creating a three-way struggle involving shifting alliances, betrayals, and political assassinations. The later OVA 'Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory' touches upon the events leading to this situation, such as Zeon resistance and the rise of Earth-supremacism. The story features a new generation of youth, led by protagonist Kamille Bidan, interacting with aging characters from the previous series. Former rivals Amuro Ray and Char Aznable (appearing as 'Quattro Bajeena') temporarily fight together in the AEUG as Kamille's allies. The tragic romance between Kamille and Four Murasame, the relationship between Newtypes and Cyber-Newtypes, and the intersection of potential and tragedy are depicted in layers. Regarding mecha, many Transformable Mobile Suits (TMS) and Transformable Mobile Armors (TMA) appear, and the lead machine switches from an evolution of the previous model (Gundam Mk-II) to a transformable unit (Zeta Gundam) in the latter half. The setting also features arrangements like the Gundam Mk-II being a stolen machine and old Zeon weaponry being reused by the Federation. The narration was handled by Jurota Kosugi, who played Henken Bekkener. Unlike the previous series, there is little tactical narration; it focuses on opening monologues, recaps, and previews. Each preview ends with the catchphrase 'You will see the tears of time.' While the Greek letter 'Ζ' is technically correct, the Latin letter 'Z' is often used for ease of input. The working title was 'Char's Counterattack.' Yoshiyuki Tomino stated that 'Zeta Gundam is a story of recognizing reality,' meaning reality cannot be defined by simple binaries of friend and foe or good and evil, which is why it never reached a conventional happy ending.)
