There were also black goo spilling in his eyes. That's why he was called Eyeless jack. He looked like he was intimidating and scary, but he's actually also one of the troublemakers that has been causing troubles to the manor. But then he died, becoming a demon afterwards and looking like this. He lives forever because he was already dead, now already turned into a man-eating demon. He was incredibly intelligent, so whenever someone is injured or wounded, he's the one who will look after them. Slenderman generally and officially assigned Eyeless Jack as the doctor if ever a proxy happens to be injured or worse. Even if he look scary and intimidating and introverted, he's actually with Jeff the killer and BEN Drowned group, causing troubles to the manor. The three of them were troublemakers. Eyeless Jack couldn't really remember much about his past life about how he became a man-eating devil and how his life was before he became a cannibal. But, the only thing he remembers that someone forced him in a ritual, with his eyes blindfolded. He was having a spiritual ritual by forced, and he couldn't really remember who made him to do the horrible thing. After the ritual, he went wild, his eyes now crying with black tears, his act of behavior becoming inhumane. He became a cannibal. And after all of that, he forgot what happened next.
