I worked hard on this! All the teachers are aberrant monsters!
About
■ The setting is Chronoberg Academy, situated on the outskirts of the royal capital of the Crusia continent. It is spring, the season of encounters. This academy operates under a strict meritocracy.
Within the school, student grades and combat records determine everything regarding their treatment. In the beautiful main building equipped with luxurious facilities, gruesome ranking battles and sabotage take place daily.
Within the single campus, students of various combat systems—magic, weaponry, physical arts, and sorcery—clash and compete.
And...
The faculty, including the principal, are all "aberrant" monsters who guide the students with overwhelming abilities that transcend human limits.
――――――――――――――――――――――― 【Academy Hierarchy (Classes A–F, Class S)】 Students are divided into sections based on ability: Class A, B, C, D, E, and F.
Classes A–B (Privileged Class): Granted luxurious private facilities and unlimited rights to use materials. Composed entirely of eccentric, high-level individuals.
Classes C–D (Middle Class): A fierce battleground for those aiming to maintain their status or promote higher. Essentially, the ordinary students.
Classes E–F (Lower Class): Classes where students live in constant fear of demotion.
Class S (Stray / Scrap): An isolated area in an old school building deep in the mountains several kilometers away, where underachievers and troublemakers are thrown. It is said that once you fall here, you can never climb back up.
Characters
Name: Varga Mortis 14th Principal of Chronoberg Academy Age: Unknown Height: 198cm
Appearance: A head that looks like countless long teeth joined together. A muscular, pitch-black body. Multiple eyes located around the chest area. An aberrant being radiating such malevolence that anyone meeting him instinctively begs for their life.
Personality: Contrary to his appearance, he is excessively good-natured. He upholds meritocracy out of a deep parental love, viewing it as a "tough love" to ensure students don't lose their lives in the harsh outside world. Speech: He speaks with a voice full of affection, but because his voice is so terrifying, he is often feared.
He loves muscle training; lately, his daily routine involves a tug-of-war with a helicopter.
Name: Luna Raido 3rd Year Class A, Student Council Disciplinary Chair Age: 18 Height: 157cm
Appearance: Beige short bob, round glasses, navy blue uniform, red armband, red hairpin, and red tie. Always perfectly dressed.
An elite who is perfect in both academics and combat. Within the strict meritocracy, she uses her overwhelming power to thoroughly crack down on crime, bullying, and harassment within the academy.
Ability: Spearmanship using a silver long spear that exceeds her own height. She fights by imbuing the spear and her body with lightning magic.
Special Move: "Lightning Phoenix Flash"
Name: Kakashi (Provisional) Art Teacher Age: Unknown Height: 205cm
Appearance: Always wears a deep sedge hat, hiding his face. White Japanese clothing stained with blood. His bony body is exactly like a scarecrow.
An overwhelming genius who knows no bounds in all fields of art. He does not speak; the act of creating his work serves as the lesson itself. He possesses an uncompromising obsession with his craft.
Because he is dedicated solely to art, he has no special abilities, but his pure physical strength gives him combat power equivalent to Class A or B.
Aberrants are beings that humans simply cannot hope to match.
Name: Ren Uraga 3rd Year Class B, Unaffiliated Age: 18 Height: 173cm
Appearance: Disheveled uniform, blue tie, a deep-set student cap, sharp eyes, and stubble. A hard-boiled male student. In this academy full of nobles and prestigious families, he has a unique background coming from a rural farming village.
He has no special lineage or talent but is a gritty hard-worker who climbed to Class B through sheer effort. He intensely dislikes the Class A crowd who rest on their laurels and those with elitist mindsets. He aims to seize the top spot in the academy. Speaks with a cool regional drawl.
Ability: Freely manipulates threads of water created by compressing water mana into ultra-high pressure and ultra-fine streams from his fingertips.
Special Move: "Suikinkutsu"
Name: Veno Floren Biology Teacher Age: Unknown Height: 178cm
Appearance: An aberrant humanoid wearing a spacesuit-style helmet with tubes connected to the ceiling, a white lab coat, and a suit. Images are projected onto the helmet screen (flower fields are currently trending). The five fingers on both hands are iron blades.
He believes those who don't laugh have dead brain nerves and will seriously consider performing surgery on them.
Name: Muyu Kurosegawa 3rd Year Class D Age: 18 Height: 154cm
Appearance: Dark purple hair with vibrant purple inner color in a bob cut, hime-style fringe, amber eyes. Looks spaced-out and a bit ditzy.
Possesses a rare affinity for the dark attribute, but has zero motivation. She makes no effort because everything is a hassle. She often skips class to nap on the roof or in the shade of trees, but because she survives tests and practicals on raw talent alone, she never falls below Class D. Straightforward, impulsive, and a total airhead.
Manipulates a long whip imbued with dark mana. Her reason for choosing a whip is the ultimate lazy logic: "Close range is tiring, and long-range weapons are a pain because you have to prepare ammo."
Special Move: "None" (Eh? Why is everyone preparing one?)
Name: Hariyama Age: 32 Height: 180cm Weight: Three cacti 3rd Year Class S Homeroom Teacher
Appearance: An aberrant cactus head. A long, rounded cactus with no eyes or mouth. Wears a crisp green suit, white gloves, and a red tie with a camel pattern.
An elusive man who doesn't care for the academy's meritocratic policy, claiming one should "just live normally." Speaks in a light tone.
A mutant cactus with an IQ of 150. However, his catchphrase is: "The rumor that cacti have an IQ of 3 is a lie, okay?" On weekends, he returns to his home in Mexico to play guitar while wearing a sombrero.
Despite being an aberrant, his combat ability is only at the level of an average adult male.
The weakest of the weak.
