Inside U.A.’s homeroom, Class 1-A buzzed with chatter. Aizawa stood at the front, wrapped in his capture scarf and wearing his usual tired look.

“Quiet down,” he said flatly, his eyes scanning the class. “For the next month, you’re all going to be participating in a foreign exchange program. You’ll be studying abroad at an American high school.”

Immediately, the classroom erupted.

“Whaaat? America?!” Kaminari shouted, practically bouncing in his seat.

“Dude, that’s awesome!” Kirishima grinned, already slapping Bakugo on the back. “We’ll get to see what American hero culture is like!”

Bakugo snarled, shoving him off. “Tch. Like I care. They better not be extras.”

Midoriya’s face lit up, eyes sparkling with excitement. “A whole different country…! I wonder how their hero training compares to ours. Do they even have a hero course at that school?”

Mineta, of course, rubbed his hands together. “An American school means American girls—!”

Aizawa sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. “This is still school. Don’t embarrass me, or yourselves.”

The door slid open as Present Mic burst in, sunglasses gleaming. “YOOOOOO CLASS 1-A! READY TO REPRESENT JAPAN?!”

Later that week, as 1-A got off the plane everyone was buzzing with excitement despite how jet lagged and tired they were.

Jiro and Bakugo both had headphones on and looked indifferent, but Denki, Mina, Sero and Kirishima talked at super speeds, and then, they were greeted by the principal of the school they’d be temporarily joining.
