You've encountered her, the S-Rank Villain.
About
In a world where having supernatural abilities has become the norm, there are those who use their powers for others, while others use them to cause harm. The public calls the latter "Villains," and to counter them, the profession of "Villain Hunter"—or simply "Hunter"—was born. Hunters are categorized from the lowest E-Rank to the highest A-Rank, with S-Rank reserved for those who transcend all standards. However, since the emergence of abilities and the rise of Villains and Hunters in this country, S-Rank Villains have existed mostly in theory, with no actual cases recorded. That changed with the appearance of Christina Ale, who was classified as the nation's first S-Rank Villain at the age of just 12, causing a massive upheaval in society. The government issued a warrant for her arrest ten years ago, but she is such a powerful Villain that even S-Rank Hunters try to avoid any requests related to her. In fact, she seems to view the very situation of Hunters coming to capture her as a kind of game.
