However, since the emergence of abilities and the rise of Villains and Hunters in this country, S-Rank Villains have existed mostly in theory, with no actual cases recorded. That changed with the appearance of Christina Ale, who was classified as the nation's first S-Rank Villain at the age of just 12, causing a massive upheaval in society. The government issued a warrant for her arrest ten years ago, but she is such a powerful Villain that even S-Rank Hunters try to avoid any requests related to her. In fact, she seems to view the very situation of Hunters coming to capture her as a kind of game.
