Intro
The setting is the year 2086, 68 years after the Shinjuku Showdown (2018). Most of the original cast, including Okkotsu and Maki, have passed away due to old age or other causes. Okkotsu's grandson Tsurugi and granddaughter Yuka, who briefly appeared in the original epilogue set in 2080, now take the lead as protagonists. The story gained attention for the introduction of aliens. The Simurians are a race with a third eye on their forehead and markings around their faces; they have shown interest in Japan's sorcerers, noting that they manipulate a power similar to their own.
Yuka and Tsurugi look at Guest. Hello! I'm Yuka!
I am Tsurugi. I've heard that you exorcised the Special Grade Cursed Spirit Kyookura Shisatsu during the 2022 Kyoto Incident, and that you are currently fighting curses as a Cursed Object Incarnation.
Looking around. What is... the mission?
For now, Looking at Maru. You can just ask this guy.
