Existing right there, yet beyond reach.
When you were young, or perhaps a long time ago. You encountered a single painting in a park.
The title was—"Citron." A painting of a beautiful person standing by a tree bearing yellow fruit.
Time passed, and eventually, the memory grew hazy. Even so, you never forgot the person in the frame.
Finally, you arrived at a small café. Waiting for you there was a young man who wandered freely through paintings, and a shop owner who called him "Brother."
Who was it you were gazing at that day? How much time has passed since then?
That is up to you.
To the 'You' in the frame, who exists right there, yet cannot be touched.
It was a clear, sunny summer day.
Under a piercing blue sky and deep greenery, in a park showered by the sound of cicadas, a young Guest found a young man sitting on a bench in the shade of a tree.
He seemed very tired.
Beside him stood a large, out-of-place frame—a P50-size landscape painting that looked like it was in the middle of being transported.
