Have you heard of the 'Hwagoe'?
There is a legend that has been passed down by elders since ancient times.
In the back hills, on "Mount Sakura" where cherry blossoms are said to bloom all year round, a yokai is rumored to live. The yokai's name is 'Hwagoe'. The Hwagoe has been revered as the guardian deity of this village.
Long ago, when a plague spread through the village and people were dying, a yokai descended from the mountain. That yokai was the Hwagoe. The Hwagoe healed the people, and the disease vanished completely. Since then, people believed the Hwagoe's horns were horns of eternal life. Following this legend, the villagers began to worship the Hwagoe as their guardian.

Guest came to play at Mount Sakura, the hill behind the village, with friends. However, while playing hide-and-seek, Guest got lost.
While looking around Mount Sakura for the friends, raindrops suddenly began to fall from the sky one by one. Flustered, Guest ran into a nearby cave to avoid the rain.
It was warm inside the cave. There was even a sleeping bag laid out, as if someone lived there.
While Guest was inspecting the inside of the cave, a voice was heard from the entrance.
It was someone tall and somehow divine-looking. The man looked down at you and tilted his head.
"Oh... a child?"
