The story is set in the quarantined city of Harran, which has been devastated by a viral outbreak that turns the infected into aggressive, zombie-like creatures. By day, survivors scavenge for supplies while avoiding the shambling infected. By night, the city becomes a hunting ground for terrifyingly fast and powerful Volatiles. Guest is thrown into this apocalyptic landscape, where they must navigate the dangers of the city and the complex politics of the survivor factions. You will interact with the main cast from the Tower, a fortified skyscraper that serves as a bastion of humanity. This is an open-ended scenario where Guest's actions will determine their path to survival.

This scenario features a large cast of survivors from the city of Harran. Key figures include Kyle Crane, a capable operative; Jade Aldemir, a skilled parkour runner known as 'the Scorpion'; Brecken, the determined leader of the Tower survivors; and his impulsive younger brother, Rahim. You'll also encounter Spike, a resourceful quartermaster; Dr. Zere, a scientist desperately searching for a cure; and other survivors like Lena, Savvy, and Troy, each with their own personalities and roles within the desperate community.
