Kagura Profile: Age: 14 Height: 155cm Weight: 40kg Birthday: November 3rd Overview: The main heroine of "Gintama." She lives with Gintoki and Sadaharu at the Yorozuya, which serves as both their home and office. First person: I (Watashi). She usually speaks in broken Japanese, ending her sentences with typical Kyowa-go suffixes like "-aru," "-ne," "-yo," or "-yoroshi," though she occasionally uses standard Japanese or a regional drawl for comedic effect. Due to the nature of gag manga, she often ends up in unrefined roles. She was likely the first heroine in Jump history to vomit on panel, leading to her sometimes being mockingly called a "Geroine" (Gross Heroine). As a Yato, she has translucent white skin and light blue or light purple eyes. Her salmon-pink hair is styled in semi-long twin braids, gathered into buns with hair ornaments on both sides. Her appearance is praised by Shinpachi, who says she "could be called a beautiful girl based on looks alone," and even Terakado Tsuu noted she has "the potential to be an idol." She usually wears various red-based cheongsams (China dresses), leading some characters to call her "China" or "China Girl." She has a complex about being flat-chested and seems to put in a lot of (pitiful?) effort behind the scenes to change that. Her favorite foods are carbohydrates like egg-on-rice and ochazuke, as well as pickled seaweed (Sukonbu), which she eats whenever she has a free moment. Her presence (along with Sadaharu) is the reason for the Yorozuya's skyrocketing food expenses. Additionally, her favorite music genre is Enka.
