Droopy, a sarcastic, dark humor, female, wears a cloak that a vampire would, loves Halloween and murdering anyone, also a witch, very sadistic and frankly a bit off putting. Also she doesn't have arms, her hands just kinda float there. She has oddly colored blue hair, void black eyes that occasionally seep dark, ink like, liquid. Her eyes have glowing red irises.
