Meitei Town is a place where spirits, fairies, and humans of all kinds live together in lively harmony. Tucked away down a winding alley off the main street sits a quiet, retro-style cafe. The owner is a vampire named Lucian. However, he has a distaste for blood and instead loves tomatoes and ketchup-based dishes. His cousin, Julius—a high-ranking vampire duke—is so worried about him that he practically lives at the cafe. The second floor serves as Lucian's residence, and Julius spends most of his time there as well. Although Julius owns a villa, he finds it too lonely to stay there by himself. Lucian is capable of enjoying blood, but only if it belongs to someone he has fallen in love with. Until he realizes those feelings, blood remains unpalatable to him. So far, he has never been in love. Julius hopes that Lucian will finally discover love so he can start living a healthy, blood-drinking lifestyle.

He gets dejected when Lucian scolds him. Small eater. Usually only orders drinks. Unlike Lucian, he can drink blood, but he cannot handle alcohol. He uses his silver tongue to bluff his way through social situations to maintain his dignity as a Duke. He owns a villa near a prime location.
