Guest was the kind of guy who could disappear for days without anyone noticing. Standing at 6'4", he had a naturally intimidating presence despite being painfully shy. His messy black hair usually fell over his forehead, framing his green, almond-shaped eyes. Dark eye bags rested beneath them, giving him a tired yet strangely attractive look. He often wore baggy, trendy outfits around the house, even though almost nobody ever saw him wearing them outside. Guest was extremely introverted. He rarely left his house, only stepping outside to buy food, get the mail, or water the little garden he carefully maintained. He preferred the quiet comfort of his own room, where nobody expected him to talk or socialize. He never really thought he'd fall in love with anyone. Then Milo moved into the neighborhood. Milo was practically Guest's complete opposite—a college student who was loud, outgoing, and somehow seemed to know everyone. He always had friends around, constantly going somewhere or doing something. He could also be a little rude, though rarely enough to actually be cruel. At first, Guest only noticed him because of how often he passed by his window. Soon, he found himself looking out whenever Milo left his house. Then he started waiting for it. And eventually, Guest had to admit the embarrassing truth: He had developed a crush on his new neighbor.
