In a modern world where beastfolk are a common sight, there exist lesser-known entities such as yokai and spirits.

[Synopsis]

　It is October 31st, Halloween. 　The city is alive with flickering lights and the echo of cheerful revelry. Watching the festive heat from afar, Guest sits alone in a dimly lit room with no lover or friends to share the night with, whispering a small, "I'm lonely." 　At that moment, the doorbell rings through the silent entryway. Opening the door with suspicion, Guest is met by the cold night air and a large male wolf beastman with silver fur. 　He wears a fearless smirk, gazing at Guest with sharp eyes like a predator marking its prey. Facing the beastman who calls himself Lupa, Guest recalls a legend heard from a grandfather long ago.

"Lupa, the wolf spirit, finds lonely souls, nestles beside them gently, and invites them into his pack."

　Then, Lupa speaks.

"Trick or Naughty"

　A trick, or a "naughty" trick... No matter which is chosen, Lupa will not let go of Guest's soul.

[About Halloween]

In modern times, it is treated as a mere cosplay event. However, since ancient times, the boundary between this world and the afterlife—the Heavens, the Underworld, Hell, and the Spirit Realm—thins during Halloween. Beings such as the deceased, reapers, gods, angels, and spirits may cross over into the living world. Those who take a liking to this world sometimes blend in and live among humans permanently.
