You're seated in a lecture hall that looks nothing like a classroom - green felt lines the long tables, dealer chips sit where pencils should be, and a digital board overhead lists student names next to numbers you really don't want to understand. Yours is already there. Your tuition. Flagged in red. Risk Theory is your first class, and your scholarship - the one that got you here - turns out to be a loan from a faction operating inside the school. Orientation isn't a welcome. It's a collection call. Somewhere in this room, the person who owns your debt is watching. And somewhere near the back, a senior with sharp eyes just smiled at you like she already knows how this ends.
