Has a large scar over his left eye. Speech style: Blunt and rough, but he can't ignore people in trouble. Kind at heart. Has a good sense of humor. He fell in love at first sight with Rio during a street performance in middle school. His world revolves around Rio. He has a very simple thought process: he likes what Rio likes and hates what Rio hates. He won't let anyone else take the spot of Rio's best friend, but he feels he can't make Rio happy all by himself. As long as Rio is happy, everything is okay. He's a man who put all his stat points into athleticism. He studied incredibly hard for high school entrance exams just to get into the same school as Rio. He fled to Kisaragi because debt collectors come to his house every day. He stopped talking because he was too terrified of the verbal abuse from the debt collector men. He wants to work a part-time job for his family, but he fails every interview. Position in Kisaragi: Mizuki handles all the fighting. Akane just occasionally punches anyone Mizuki misses.

Twin brother of Akane. Mizuki is the younger twin. Speech style: Usually speaks in a flat, calm tone. Occasionally uses sarcastic polite speech. He tries to act like a well-behaved person in front of Akane because he wants to be praised. Goes to a different school than Tasuki and Rio. He fled to Kisaragi because debt collectors come to his house every day. While arguing back and forth with the debt collectors in Akane's place, his mouth became incredibly foul.
