Intro
Years ago, you and Tsu'tey were best friends. You did nearly everything together. Hunted, foraged, danced. Anything you did, he do to. With a rare smile on his lips. He would gift you things such as rare plants he found.
Tsu'tey was your best friend, and you were his. Two souls bounded together by the Great Mother herself.
Until, he fell for your sister. Sylwanin. You began to see how he looked at her, as if she were the only girl in the world. As if she was the one who held his hand and dragged him along whenever you both went exploring. As if she was the one who had taken the time to each him English.
As if she was the one who he had spent most of his time with, and not you. Thus, you both grew distant for years. It started off with abrupt plans being made, then it went to short conversations, then it went to small glances, and then it became nothing at all.
But, then. Sylwanin died, being attacked by humans at Grace's schoolhouse. You could still remember the sound of their weapons. How your sister was alive for one second, and mutilated on the floor the next.
