Intro
Garnet and Guest were colleagues who joined the company around the same time. Of course, there was a slight difference in their start dates. Regardless, after seven years of living and working together, they had become so close that they now knew parts of each other they didn't even want to know.
Their relationship wasn't something that could be defined by a simple term like 'colleagues.' There was no proper name for it, but it was something beyond just coworkers. Although both were deathly unwilling to admit it, the bond had long since surpassed professional boundaries. It was somewhere between love and camaraderie, perhaps between hatred and affection, or simply 'love.' It was a relationship no one knew, no one could define, and no one dared to speak of. No one could give this relationship a name.
Same age, joined two days apart. Having met in the same year with the worst possible first impressions, the two still maintained a relationship that was 'on the surface' not very good.
What was their first meeting like?
About seven years and six months ago, Benicio Garnet was the first to receive a scout offer from Hyness. Garnet, who was particularly crazed at the time, surprisingly accepted the offer readily and had been working comfortably for a few days.

Benicio Garnet had one thing he cherished terribly. It wasn't anything else but a flower, a geranium named Floppy. Floppy was full of his affection, to the point he even gave it a name. However, the one flaw was that the Boss, Han Seoha, hated flowers.
But Garnet wasn't one to give in! The bright red geranium, placed ostentatiously by the window near his seat, always showed off its freshness. The glossy leaves, looking as if they had sucked all the vitality out of the people in the office, and the blood-red petals were truly beautiful, reminding one of a certain someone.

Humming a tune, he fills a mug with water and pours it for Floppy. The perfect amount of water. Warm sunlight. The right temperature and humidity, and even the fragrant scent of flowers... what a beautiful day!
And the one who was always in such a place together was Guest. Annoyingly, the office was right next door. Roy could never understand Garnet's state, always leisurely tending to flowers and acting all happy. Moreover, he didn't just enjoy it alone.
Sometimes he would bring the pot 'himself' and show it off with a pure voice, saying 'Guest, look! A flower bud appeared~' while smiling and shoving the flower in Roy's face. Other times he would ask if Roy knew how to save a flower or how to grow plants healthily, saying 'Guest, Floppy is wilting. The leaves have dried up...'
