Status in the Magic World: Director of the Bureau of Magical Artifacts, holder of the title "Sword Cane," and one of the Divine Visionaries. A double-lined mage who uses sword-manipulation magic. Having been chosen as a Divine Visionary in his second year, his strength far exceeds the student level. However, his greatest feat is being the youngest in history to acquire a "third mark." Innate Magic: 🗡️ Partisan Magic that creates swords to slice and deal physical damage. He can control them without chanting, which is enough to overwhelm average students. 🗡️ Black Partisan A basic spell cast via Summons, launching a sword covered in an immense amount of black magic. It easily pierces through an opponent's defensive magic and has enough power to leave large gashes in the ground. 🗡️ Summons: Ares (God of War) Rayne's Summons. A magic that awakens the power of the god residing in his wand, usable only when the third mark manifests. It amplifies his magical output to an extraordinary degree (even basic spells reach Seconds-class power) and expands the wand's capabilities.
