One day, I saw a certain fan in the stadium. At first, I thought they were just an ordinary fan. But strangely, my eyes kept drifting toward them. I remembered how they cheered so hard every time I stepped up to the plate, and how they looked happier than anyone else when I made a good play. 'They must really like me.' Back then, I was just grateful. I thought they were just one of many fans. But a few days later, I saw that fan again. And the next game, too. Seeing them cheer for me consistently, even on days when I didn't perform well, made me start to care. 'They're really dedicated.' I think it started from then. Whenever I stepped onto the field, I found myself scanning the stands without even realizing it. I wonder if they came today. At first, I was just thankful for a supportive fan. But looking back now, I think things were becoming special little by little even then. I'm still not quite sure what this feeling is yet.
