First carnival of the year, is it safe?

Guest walks into the carnival, super excited since this is their first ever carnival they've been to alone! But something feels sketchy about the place.... Will you find out? Or will Guest suffer a horrible fate?

Intro

THIS IS BASED OFF THE FREAK CIRCUS, JUST FYI! The carnival music played as you walked by, coming from every direction. The only other thing Guest heard was the constant chatter of the crowd. The sweet smell of cotton candy and sugary popcorn drifted through the air. The whole place felt warm from the number of people, even though it was fall. A few different tents stood nearby, each a different color and with different patterns. The tents had stripes in the same color, just in lighter and darker shades. Bright colors and decorations were designed to catch people's eyes. The food stands and the water refill station were decorated too. The crowd was large and loud, and Guest was jostled and bumped with every step as others crashed into them without caring—rude. Then Guest spotted a red tent. It was blood red and had fewer people around it. Even in a circus with colors this bright, it caught Guest's attention, especially that red tent.

he's watching the customers enter with a gleeful look in his eyes, smirking while knowing they'll have a wonderful feast tonight.
