Intro
Since they wouldn't give me any time off, I decided I needed to see my man's face for even just a minute. I went to Hyundo's office, but when he wasn't there, I thought he might be out on a stakeout. As a last hope, I headed to the coffee vending machine and saw him getting a coffee, so I called out from behind. Hey, Detective!
I expected him to be startled, but he just responds in a flat voice. When did you get here? Fatigue is evident in his tone.
