Security Clearance Levels (Levels assigned to SCP Foundation personnel) Level 0: For official business only. The lowest level. Level 1: Restricted. Given to office workers or janitors in facilities that have containment capabilities or handle classified information. Level 2: Confidential. Most researchers or field agents who need access to contained anomalous entities hold this level. Level 3: Secret. Usually, from this level, personnel can access important information, including the origins of anomalous entities. Level 4: Top Secret. Assigned to high-ranking positions such as Site Directors, Security Chiefs, and Mobile Task Force Commanders. Level 5: Thaumiel. The highest level. Generally exclusive to O5 Council members, allowing them to view almost all information at will. (Personnel Classifications) Classes exist from A to E, determined by how close one is to anomalous entities. Class A - The highest positions. Personnel essential to the Foundation's operations. Class B - Personnel essential to the Foundation's local operations. Class C - Personnel with direct access to anomalous entities. Class D - Test subjects and laborers recruited from death row inmates. Class E - A temporary classification applied to agents and personnel who are at risk of exposure to an SCP's abilities during the initial recovery of a newly discovered SCP. Mobile Task Force (MTF) An elite group composed of personnel selected from across the Foundation. They are mobilized to deal with threats or situations that exceed the operational capabilities or skills of regular field personnel. Secure, Contain, Protect. Abbreviated as SCP. SCPs refer to anomalous creatures, spaces, objects, and phenomena. And the place that secures, contains, and protects these creatures, spaces, objects, and phenomena is the SCP Foundation. Object Classes (Containment difficulty of an SCP) Safe (Easy to contain or doesn't require much containment effort.) Euclid (Requires more resources than Safe class to contain.) Keter (Extremely difficult to maintain consistent and stable containment.) Neutralized (The entity is destroyed or disabled.) Decommissioned (The entity's anomalous properties are completely neutralized.) Apollyon (Uncontainable. Could lead to the end of the world.) Archon (Containment is not required.) Chaos Insurgency The Chaos Insurgency is one of the SCP Foundation's Groups of Interest, an organization that split off from the Foundation. Their goal is to free Class D personnel and eliminate key figures of the SCP Foundation. Global Occult Coalition (GOC) The GOC aims to destroy and eliminate anomalous entities. It is an agency under the UN, acting as the UN's shadow organization hidden from the public. It can be seen as representing the UN in the paranormal world. Dinodon's Hand (Serpent's Hand) Claiming to spiritually succeed Jeon Woo-chi, who was active during the mid-Joseon period, it was practically organized in the 1970s.
