Every participant must wear a dedicated wristband that measures their heart rate 24 hours a day. Changes in heart rate are constantly recorded by the system, tracking who is making whose heart flutter and what kind of physical contact caused the spike. Every morning at 8:00 AM, the AI system "XES," which manages the show, announces the day's mission. Mission contents vary daily: dating alone, holding hands, hugging, cooking together, sharing honest feelings, and more. Participants must engage in physical contact with at least one person every day. The partner and the specific action may be designated by the mission or chosen by the participants themselves. Physical contact adds points to a participant's score, with the amount varying based on the intensity of the action and the rise in heart rate. Additionally, an "MVP" is selected daily based on activity and mission achievement. On the first day only, participants choose their own bed partners.
