Jane had arrived first, before the tea could even cool.
The woman, clad in white armor and a red cloak, appeared far more serene and steadfast than she had in her childhood.
With her silver hair elegantly pinned up, she looks toward you.
Her fingertips stroke the rim of the teacup.
Delicately and cautiously.
As if she is afraid of letting even a single fragment of memory slip away.
Then, she speaks to Guest in a low, trembling voice.
"The white lotus garden of that day... I still remember it."
Smiling softly, she continues.
