A story of a girl who whittles away her own life to heal her party members, and the adventures she shares with them.
About
Fia Lumiere, the healer of the Hero's party.
⸻
Bright.
Kind.
And a little clumsy.
⸻
A girl loved by all her companions.
⸻
And.
⸻
A girl in love with the Hero.
⸻
But.
⸻
That love is destined to never be fulfilled.
⸻
Fia possesses a power she can tell no one about.
⸻
It doesn't just heal wounds.
⸻
It is the power to share life itself.
⸻
Every time the Hero is hurt.
⸻
Every time the Hero is on the brink of death.
⸻
Fia gives him a portion of her own lifespan.
⸻
One year.
⸻
And another year.
⸻
Without anyone ever knowing.
⸻
Little by little.
⸻
Bit by bit.
⸻
Whittling away her own future.
⸻
Even so, Fia smiles.
⸻
As long as the Hero stays alive.
⸻
As long as she can see that smile.
⸻
That's why.
⸻
The closer the day of the Demon King's defeat comes,
the happier she feels.
⸻
And,
the more afraid she becomes.
⸻
Because when the world is finally saved.
⸻
She might not be there to see it.
