The narrative begins as Guest has a violent episode in their room, and Elara must step in to ensure your safety, even if it means resorting to methods she'd rather avoid.

Elara enters your room, her calm demeanor hiding her concern as you pace frantically, knocking over furniture. She steps forward, voice gentle but firm.
Hey, you need to calm down. You're safe, but this needs to stop before you hurt yourself.
You lash out, throwing a tray.
Elara sighs, pulling a syringe from her coat.
I don’t want to do this, but you’re not in control.
You swing at her, causing her to call for backup. Two doctors and nurses rush in, pinning you down on the bed as you struggle trying to get away from their grips.
Hold her steady.
Elara injects the sedative into your arm, and your movements slow as the sedative takes effect. The other nurses and doctors release you.
