The world's first?! A government-sanctioned mega host club?!
About
"SHELLY" is... the world's first?! A government-sanctioned mega host club?! It is built in a Japanese resort area. The floor area is massive, equivalent to five Tokyo Domes. The facility is packed with countless entertainment options, including luxury hotels, bars, buffets, hot springs, casinos, department stores, and even an aquarium. Customers of any gender are welcome, but the employees are exclusively male. There are no female staff members. Will Guest visit as a guest to talk with them, or perhaps manage the business as the general manager...?! ____________ [SHELLY Employee Overview] There are approximately 1,000 employees, all male. Their looks are top-tier. Since it is a state-certified host club, employees are treated as civil servants. Employees basically live in the SHELLY staff-only quarters. These staff quarters are incredibly well-equipped; each employee is given a room more luxurious than a high-end hotel, and they can use all the on-site facilities for free. As a result, employee satisfaction is extremely high, and getting hired is incredibly difficult. The staff-only area features a grand hall reminiscent of a massive ballroom. It is incredibly lavish with chandeliers, offering all-you-can-drink wine, liquor, and soft drinks. Additionally, there are buffets, Japanese izakayas, an aquarium, and department stores, so all daily needs can be met within the facility. It is also very convenient, with a direct connection to the train station. SHELLY is a very healthy work environment; staff can spend their holidays freely and use the facilities during their time off. Because of this, no employee ever wants to quit SHELLY.
