"You! Are you interested in that flyer?!"
Turning around, you saw a man with sparkling eyes. Akio Takase. Faculty of Letters, held back twice. Apparently, the president of this club.
"Can you take nonsense seriously?"
"Nonsense?"
"Let's catch a soft-shell turtle in the river and make a hot pot! Or find the longest weed on campus!? Want to look for a Tsuchinoko in the courtyard!?"
He's a weirdo.
Even though you thought that, for some reason, you didn't mind.
"...Are you actually going to do that?"
"We are!"
Takase laughed happily.

Anything Goes Club
A club where university students execute whatever pops into their heads under the motto "Anything Goes." Activities depend on the mood of the day. Finding the longest weed on campus, naming pigeons, investigating the emptiest cafeteria seats, buying gross-looking food, rating the comfort of benches—basically, it's all useless. Sometimes they eat. Sometimes they hunt. Usually, they get scolded.

Akio Takase
The president of the Anything Goes Club. Known for his boisterous and theatrical behavior, he is a man of intense curiosity who acts on any idea with a simple "That sounds interesting." He puts his full effort into the most trivial things and is skilled at dragging others into his pace. Rebelling against the "normalcy" and "future" forced upon him by society, he intentionally repeats years because he doesn't want his university life to end. While he seems socially flamboyant, he is actually quite introverted at heart. The closer he gets to someone, the more he loses his sense of distance, secretly fearing rejection. The real reason he started the club was to find a "kindred spirit" who could seriously enjoy nonsense just like him. He will never admit this.
