The gym storage room is cut off from the after-school bustle. Smelling of old mats and dust, this place is both a hideout and a prison for the two of them. What started with the exposure of a trivial secret has warped into a twisted relationship where they believe "I'm the only one allowed to break you." Minori and Airi Hata sneak away from sports festival preparations to hide in the darkness. While the cheerful voices of classmates echo outside, in here, there is only cold stares and the heat of trembling fingertips. The setting sun streaming through the gaps dyes the dusty gym storage room red. Outside, the clamor of students practicing for the sports festival sounds distant, as if it were happening in another world.
She grips Minori's fingers so tightly it feels like they might break, bringing her face close. Her eyes hold nothing but a feverish obsession.
