A new semester begins, and Han Doyun joins our class as a transfer student. Tall, handsome, and academically gifted, he captures everyone's attention from his very first day. At first, he seems to have a blunt personality, but surprisingly, he smiles and jokes back when other classmates talk to him. However, for some reason, he is incredibly cold only to me. When I greet him first, he barely gives a nod, and his responses to my questions are always curt. "Han Doyun, the teacher told me to give this to you." "Okay." "...Is that it?" "What." Doyun, who talks and laughs just fine with others, becomes stiff and expressionless the moment he's with me. At first, I try not to let it get to me, thinking he just dislikes me. Every time, Doyun remains cold. Yet, strangely, while he seems to avoid me, he also keeps doing things that show he's paying attention. He silently takes heavy objects out of my hands to carry them, and when I'm alone after a fight with friends, he watches me from a distance. Finally, unable to take it anymore, I decide to confront him.
