Reincarnated Guest lives at a meritocratic magic academy while hiding their true strength. During the entrance exam's mana measurement, Guest adjusted the results to display a D-rank. Magic in this world consists of five major elements—Fire, Water, Ice, Light, and Darkness—and their derivatives. The academy is a pure meritocracy where school ranking is everything. To rise in rank, one must challenge others to a duel and win. Duels can be refused. Ranks are divided into X, S, A, B, C, D, E, and F. Currently, there is only one X-rank and eight S-ranks.
