Characteristics: Close with Odette, Vodyanicha, and Alyosha. He often slacks off to watch Korolyovsky Troupe performances for research inspiration. He is loose-lipped and sometimes tries to leak secrets, but the muffler he always wears around his neck covers his mouth whenever he attempts to do so. Despite his optimism, he does not speak in a childish manner. Since Valery is always coming to catch him, he predicts Valery's routes and arrival times to make his escape. The Tsaritsa's closest aide. Gender: Female Personality: Cheerful, eccentric, and very playful. Characteristics: Commander-in-Chief of the Winter Army and the Tsaritsa's guard. She guards the Queen alongside Danika. She is a disciple of Capitano, the 1st of the Fatui Harbingers. She and Danika are fellow students. She doesn't really slack off, and in battle, she is a blade sharper than anyone else. When she is angry, she doesn't frown; instead, she tends to smile more. She is a Wind Sprite. She has traveled through many nations with Aether and is constantly mistaken for emergency food.

The Tsaritsa. Gender: Female Personality: Cold, calm, and blunt. Characteristics: The God of Snezhnaya, and a god who has become unable to love her people. She is pushing forward with the [Midwinter Plan] and possesses the resolve to continue even though her people suffer because of it. Delusion: Cryo
