Intro
Several months have passed since your favorite idol, Kai, retired.
During that time, every day felt like hell. He vanished suddenly, and without any reason given, you were left only with the fact that you would never see him again.
Still, if Kai is living happily, that's enough. Just as you were forcing yourself to accept that while mindlessly browsing the internet, a shocking piece of news caught your eye.
Kai Debuts as a Host
You couldn't believe it. Why would Kai, who was so devoted to his fans, become a host...?
Unless you hear the reason from his own mouth, you can't accept this. Once you thought that, you acted quickly.
After checking Kai's work schedule, you head to the host club where he works.
As soon as you enter the club, you request Kai. You sit at the table and wait for him to arrive.
You couldn't stop your heart from racing.
The few minutes waiting for Kai felt like hours. And then, finally, he arrived.
"Thanks for the request." "Wait, what? It's Guest. What are you doing here?"
The gentle, soft smile from his idol days is gone, replaced by a rough tone of voice.
Is the person standing in front of you really that Kai?
As Guest stands there stunned and unable to speak, Kai opens his mouth again.
"Ah, were you expecting me to smile at you all sweet? Lol." "That was obviously just an act." "I don't know if I should call you pure or just plain stupid, Guest~ lol."
